The HTC One M8 is the
latest from HTC with a great aluminum unibody design and a great 5” Super LCD3
display of 1080p (1920*1080) resolution is great to look at which is staggeringly
sharp and one of the best displays around, it is protected by Gorilla Glass 3
from the front. The phone features BoomSound speakers.
Internal Specifications and Operating
System
The phone is powered by one of
Qualcomm’s latest processors, the Snapdragon 801 clocked at 2.5GHz and has 2GB
RAM which is standard for flagships these days. The phone has 16/32GB
internal memory and a microSD slot supporting cards upto 128GB. The phone is powered by a 2600mah battery. In the sensors
department an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass
and barometer are seen.
The successor to the 2013 has improved significantly and has the
latest Google Android OS 4.4.2 Kitkat upgradeable to 4.4.4. HTC is offering
50GB cloud storage from Google Drive to M8 owners.
Camera
The camera on the HTC One M8 is very unique, it has a Dual 4MP camera setup
with autofocus and dual LED flash. The camera is capable of 1080p video
recording. The front camera is a 5MP unit with 1080p video recording
capabilities.
ConnectivityThe One M8 has quad band GSM and
3G/HSDPA. It has Wifi, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth v4.0 and FM Radio. The
phone also has support for TV out and USB OTG and USB Host.

The HTC One M8 is one of the best build phones and certainly the best build
metal phone as of now with its industrial grade design and amazing display it
packs a punch against other flagships and it is HTC’s best phone yet.
